Australian Filipino Community Services (AFCS)
Australian Filipino Community Services (AFCS) Prayer Group, a support network auspiced by the AFCS which started in 2014 organized by Chaplain Norminda Forteza. The group aims to provide spiritual care through prayer and study of the word through various community activities. The Prayer Group’s key programs are: (1) Daily morning prayer, (2) organize the Annual Baptist Women Prayer Day in Victoria (since 2014 up to present) and (3) organize the Prevent Family Violence Campaign on Nov25 each year.
