“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land”- 2 Chronicles 7:14.
Ever since 1948, on the first Monday every November, the Baptist women of the world gather together to pray. Baptist women gather from the Nigeria, Spain, Mexico, Cambodia. Canada, Chile, and of course the women of BWP.
Women gather in groups of ten and in groups of thousands. They gather in churches, via Zoom, in homes, and in the open, storming heaven with their prayers.
The women pray for the needs of women from every continent of the world. We share stories of God’s goodness and how he is using his daughters to bring his Kingdom to earth.
As part of the day, the women bring a love offering of finances. This is used to finance the work of BWP and BWA Women.
